Warranty Policy Blum provides a Lifetime Warranty for all hinge systems, runner system, box systems, lift systems, pocket systems, and organization systems for the lifetime of the customers´ furniture cabinet. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects for products used within the territory of Vietnam. This warranty policy offers only to products officially imported and distributed by Blum Vietnam, and covers mechanical product functionality only and does not cover the product’s surface. For electrical products (SERVO-DRIVE), the warranty period is 5 years from the warehouse dispatch date, as indicated on the product’s tamper-evident label.
